Our Return Policy is as follows:
- You may return all products within 14 days (from the date you receive the items) of delivery for exchange or refund. The original bag and tag should be intact, not worn and not be damaged.

We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered but not received.

You package is still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order.

- For the returned item(s), we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we have checked your return tracking number or receipt. Contact Customercare@shopmyde.com
- Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie, bodysuits, masks, swimwear, jewellery, and accessories.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- If you wish to return the items, please contact our customer care team at customercare@shopmyde.com, we will provide you with an address to send your items to.
- All returns shipping cost will be the buyers responsibility.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow and 5-7 business days with credit or debit card for your refund to appear.
- The original shipping fee, processing fee and insurance are non-refundable.,
