At ShopMyde, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. You will receive your order in 10-26 business days from the date that it is placed.

 Verification

• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
• Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

 Processing

• It normally takes 3-7 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
• If items are prepared in 24 hours, then we can ship it in one day.

Shipping

• Shipment takes approximately 10 to 26 business days to reach destination countries.
• Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with a tracking number will be sent to you.
• Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Delays

• Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

 Cancelling/ Order Update

• If you realize you have put in the wrong address, ordered the wrong size or colour, immediately contact us through either our email or Instagram. If we can change this before the order is processed, the change can take place.
• Orders are processed and sent to our warehouse the same day, if you change your mind on an order, if the order has been processed, you will need to return your items when they arrive in exchange for a full refund.
• We can only update orders if they have not been processed. If you request a change to an order that has been processed, we will not be able to fulfil this change.
